Build fail is legitimate. You need to remove the recipe from lathes as well. If you can make it on a lathe, one of the tests looks for a way to get the recipe. |

About the PR
Disables the ability to reverse engineer syndicate encryption keys.
Why / Balance
These keys were made C3 to be used with reasonable cap/cc authorization only. The ability to mass produce them cheaply has led to this particular restriction being ignored. If the key can't be duplicated then the crew will have to be more reasonable about how and when they use it.
