About the PR

Add some alternative job titles for roles that do not have any based on suggestions.

todo:

• Finish adding alternative options from suggestions
• Change the place holder PDA descriptions from the random junk I added as a place holder
• Make sure the job spawns with the chosen pda, ie. comment out the starting PDA equipment if needed (see captain and hos for examples of what I mean by this)

Why / Balance

Some players like to have alternative job tiles, this will allow them to choose some more additional job tiles form loadouts, instead of having to rename their id in game and be stuck with the PDA not having the matching name.

Technical details

Just some yaml edits, I have to use the base pda sprites from Delta-v till someone sprites new alternative PDAs for each role we are adding them to.
