should be a very simple fix you just need to add a chamelonOutfitprototype, I ran into the same issue with senior roles so you can reference other job yamls on how to add it

About the PR
Reverted DeltaV-Station/Delta-v#3857 and fixed all resulting merge conflicts.
The role and it's spawns has not been mapped onto any stations.
Why / Balance
After the rebase we lost the Administrative Assistant due to Delta-V removing it upstream, the role made for great roleplay opportunities so I have made the effort to reintroduce it.
Technical details
Not too much has changed, Secretary clothing has changed back to Administrative Assistant and instances of Secretary clothes were replaces as well.
