mostly Classical Latin where possible, though a few generally accepted neologisms were necessary such as computātrum for computer

by the way, this isn't a joke language per se - probably best put in the same category as conlangs like toki pona, though of course it's not a conlang either

oh and by the way, I just saw the notice on the readme about posting the language's alphabet - so, the necessary letters for a typical modern transcription of classical Latin such as this are most of the standard Roman alphabet (except J, K and W) plus the vowels with macrons - Ā, Ē, Ī, Ō, Ū, plus Ȳ though that's much rarer - all in both uppercase and lowercase
