Adding Customization to the plugin

I added customization to the plugin, the code slighty dirty
Things i updated

• Removes the ui/pages and moves everything to settings.tsx
• Modified index.ts to compatible with the customization.
• Modified Manifest.json to add me naem :3
• Updated repo's ReadMe, that includes almost everything inside the code/forked plugin thingy.

i forgot to remove the FK on the name on manifest.json, it stands for Fork
i also forget to change the path on the manifest.json from index.ts to src/index.ts
