This PR updates the logo subtitle from “Detecting slow tasks” to “Detecting blocking tasks”.
The previous wording was slightly imprecise:
AiOCOP does not merely detect tasks that take a long time to execute. Instead, it identifies tasks that block the asyncio event loop, which is the actual root cause of many “slow task” symptoms in async applications.
Adding double ''__'' to force everyone to download new img instead of relying on cache.
