Fix popup show no profile

What does this PR do?

• Bug fix [插件下拉的情景列表，经常为空，需要重新打开一次才能看到 #2337]
• Improvement
• New feature

In some case there may be no profile shown in popup menu like

And we can find error like this

Hello? CI made an error but it's seems not because of my commit? maybe like error in deps or ci script?
