Updated to faradayio v0.0.4 and correct pytest

Updated to faradayio v0.0.4 and fixed pytest version conflicts. This also likely fixes the issue with pytest not working with threads/coveralls threads issue.

Use faradayio v0.0.3

This release is essentially v0.0.1 and v0.0.1a but correctly uses Pypi and Github versioning as well as uses the correct v0.0.3 of faradayio.

Implements #18 which properly installs all dependencies when installing faradayio-cli via pypi.

v0.0.1 Initial Release for Hardware

This tag is the initial release for hardware testing by @kb1lqd with faradayio-firmware. The faradayio-cli requires faradayio v0.0.2 or higher to run and the included requirements.txt specifies v0.0.2. This release once verified and fixed should be superseded by the first fully working code released as v0.1.0.
