Update: custom software

I made an article on how to install custom versions of (neo)forge, fabric, quilt, spigot and paper(forks).

It was meant to replace the current install custom software guide as it is really messy and has many different options that make it pretty hard to know what software requires what (you can't see if the software is and installer or a double jar or standalone jar or jar and library if you don't already know the software, also it has both tabs and multiple headers and ...

but It could also be used next to the existing article as an explainer for other software, or the current article could be put under a "custom" tab in this article, IDK, do what you want with it

As I said at the top, I currently added it as a seperate article just beacuse I didn't know if you would agree on replacing it, I can still change the header to match the old article later
