The --platform flag to premake4 was still producing makefiles that compiled 64-bit binaries.

Maybe we'll have x64 in games someday hahaha~

But I can't see how premake would generate x64 platforms with that switch, only if there's a bug inside premake itself.

That's what I was thinking, but this fixes it either way. Hopefully garry sees it, but I doubt it.
