Websocket Release

Added WebSocket Capabilities and Comments everywhere

Added File Upload and Folder creation and for usability reasons simplified some Funcitons

The first public release containing limited Interfacing capabilities from Gameengines with Octoprint, slicing, printing, reading status and guessing position in realtime can be done
