🤖 Peeragogy ChatBot: Your AI Partner in Peer Learning!

GitHub Repo stars License: MIT Deploy

Welcome to the Peeragogy ChatBot – a project where artificial intelligence meets the collaborative spirit of peer-to-peer learning! This isn't just another chatbot; it's an experiment in Pyragogy: the synergistic fusion of Peeragogy (the theory and practice of peer learning) and AI Co-creation.

Imagine a learning environment where knowledge flows freely between peers, gently guided and enhanced by an AI companion. That's the vision we're building!

🤔 What's the Big Idea? (In 15 Seconds)

We're creating an AI chatbot designed specifically to facilitate and enhance peer-learning experiences. It acts as a guide, a prompter, and a resource within a collaborative learning context, embodying the principles of the Pyragogy movement.

🚀 Features

  • Conversational AI: Engaging and natural interaction powered by AI.
  • Peeragogy Focused: Designed with prompts and capabilities to support peer-to-peer knowledge sharing and co-creation.
  • Pyragogy Framework: Explores the intersection of human peer learning and AI collaboration.
  • Persistent Memory: Utilizes PostgreSQL to remember context and conversations for a more coherent experience.
  • Open Source: Built with accessible tools and open for community contribution.
  • Customizable: Easily adaptable thanks to the Flowise framework.

🛠️ Tech Stack

  • 🧠 Orchestration: Flowise - A fantastic low-code/node-based UI for LangChain.
  • 💾 Memory: PostgreSQL - Robust and reliable database for conversation persistence.
  • ☁️ Deployment: Hosted on a custom domain (details TBC).
  • 💬 Core: Large Language Models (LLMs) via Flowise integrations.

🕹️ How to Interact

Currently, the best way to interact with the project is:

  1. Explore the Code: Dive into this repository to understand the Flowise configuration and setup.
  2. Visit the Deployed Bot: (If publicly available)
    • Go to: [Link to Your Deployed Chatbot]
    • Start a conversation and explore its peer-learning support capabilities.
  3. Set up Locally (Advanced):
    • Clone this repository.
    • Ensure you have Flowise and PostgreSQL set up.
    • Import the chatbot flow (.json file likely) into your Flowise instance.
    • Configure database connections.
    • Run the Flowise instance.

(Detailed local setup instructions might be added later based on project evolution.)
