MarkovModels

Julia package for inference with (Hidden) Markov Models on CPU or GPU.

Here is a small benchmark to see how our implementation performs.

Installation

The package can be installed with the Julia package manager. From the Julia REPL, type ] to enter the Pkg REPL mode and run:

pkg> add MarkovModels
