Bring production changes

This Pull Request brings the local changes found in production and development server. This is the summary of the changes - some of them have not been included as they are not needed anymore:

• File.exists -> OK
• Dockerfile - break line -> NOK
• docker-compose.development.yml - Add phpmyadmin & Volumes -> OK
• docker-compose.development-2.yml & README -> Copy to local but not commit
• Google TAG - rinchen vs campins -> NOK
• source_pdb_coverage - add null validation -> OK
• fetch_sequence_info - blast db path - remove covid database-> OK
• development.rb - config.hosts changes -> OK
• config.force_ssl=true - only in rinchen -> NOK
• config/settings.yml - convert http to https, keep SWISSMODEL, ALPHAFOLD and BSM_ARC urls -> OK
• docker-compose.yml - several changes - to be reviewed-> OK

README also updated to describe the deployment process
