I tried to merge this change into my fork (not a maintainer of this repo) but the python app is still trying to import this file. I think you'll need to either reintroduce this file or remove the import from settings.py.

This new harness is a one and done implementation of an exchange. using ccxt we can now add exchanges and tickers trivially.
