This PR gives the README a full refresh to make the project easier to understand and contribute to. I added badges, a table of contents, and clearer sections like features, quickstart, troubleshooting, and roadmap. I also included an architecture diagram and example signals to better explain how the system works. The goal is to improve onboarding for new contributors and give the repo a more polished, welcoming look.
