This PR will incorporate all the latest mod changes between mod versions 3.0.7 and 3.1.0.1 allowing for 1.21.1 servers to use all features in the mod again.
Solves an issue with webhooks not working properly on latest neoforge 1.21.1 builds.
Resolves requests in Issue #24
This PR also adds a MinecraftForge mod version for Minecraft 1.21.1 which did not previously exist
