So far, we allowed the inclusion of links which in fact did not allow for any energy transfer as
inputsandoutputsreturned empty vectors orinputsandoutputsdid not have corresponding values within the connectedNodes.This PR does now fix both problems through additional checks. It can lead to existing models failing, but if these models fail, they had other issues beforehand. Consequently, I do not see it as a major problem.
