Paper_TuringNumerics_PLOS2024

This repository contains the relevant code for "Effects of multistability, absorbing boundaries and growth on Turing pattern formation; M. Oliver Huidobro, R G. Endres 2024" submitted to PLOS Computational Biology". The repository is divided into Code and Tutorials:

  • The Code folder directory has the code necessary to run the computations, analyse and store results.
  • The Tutorials directory contains tutorials to walk through the reader on the mathematical and computational techniques used in this paper.
