In this repository you can find the code used to produce the results from the paper '...'. Most of the code found here has to do with the results relating to the amplitude equation, since the pattern switch results only require taking different values in parameters, for which we used a code similar to 'networks turing'.
Inside the 'Code' folder, you will find a package to perform simulations with different parameters, and which is used in 'models_simulations_general.py'. The remaining two files, 'CN_Spatially_dial.py' and 'Stability_diagram_2node.py', produce the results related to the spatial pattern dial and the stability diagram for the 2-node network, respectively.
