Hi there! This is the repository for the 2025 FYP investigating the application of Recurrent Neural Chemical Reaction Networks (RNCRNs) (https://arxiv.org/pdf/2406.03456) to Turing pattern formation.
Example RNCRN algorithm code for approximating both temporal and spatiotemporal dynamics is provided in Temporal_RNCRN.ipynb and Spatiotemporal_RNCRN.ipynb.
Comparison videos for pattern formation between the Gierer Meinhardt Reaction-Diffusion model and the corresponding trained RNCRN model are provided for stripes and spots here.
