This repository contains the relevant code for "A Three-Node Turing Gene Circuit Forms Periodic Spatial Patterns in Bacteria, J.Tica, M.Oliver Huidobro et al. 2024" submitted to Cell Systems. The repository is divided into Code and Tutorials:
- The Code folder directory has the code necessary to run the computations, analyse and store results.
- The Tutorials directory contains tutorials to walk through the reader on the mathematical and computational techniques used in this paper.
