This repository is the single sovereign interface to the TEOS / Elmahrosa Sovereign Stack.
It is the only authorized API and SDK gateway through which external systems, nations, institutions, and developers may interact with TEOS services and execution layers.

TEOS-API-Sovereign provides the canonical access layer for TEOS, including:
- Canonical REST / OpenAPI specifications
- Official governed SDKs (JavaScript, Python, future languages)
- Strict binding to sovereign execution outcomes
- Audit-ready request and response envelopes
- Nation-configurable access and jurisdiction profiles
- Controlled adapters to external chains and national systems
No external system may interact with TEOS
without using this gateway.
