📃 Intro

Hi! HexaLaunch is a app launcher for windows! You can launch almost all apps, customize most of the App and boost your productivity! The app can be toggled via a customizable shortcut (Default Ctrl+Shift+Space) and modified via a Settings menu accessible via a tray icon. You can create your own theme and layout making use of HexaLaunch's quick access radial menu.

📕 Story

This project was created as part of a Uni term project. We wanted to improve the Windows search functionality as it sometimes simply fails to find the apps you're looking for and saving everything on your desktop or in the start menu isn't the easiest solution either. You'll have to search for the Apps executable, then you have to scroll to find it from the start menu list or minimize all windows just to find the App you're looking for on the desktop. That's why HexaLaunch provides you with a comfortable list of relevant apps! Should you not find your favourite app there, we also provide a search bar to find what you're looking for or just drop the executable into the settings menu!

✅ Getting started

Download the .msi installer below, install it and the Settings should open! If you run into any issues, simply try again, this is still a early access release no 1.0.0 version, so some bugs may appear. Windows 10 is the most stable, but Windows 11 should work just fine for the most part, other OS support is currently not planned.
