Display the DFT and FFT (for comparison) of a 1 Hz cosine.
PARAMETERS :
- Periods : Number of cosine periods
- Sampling : Sampling frequency
- 0-padding : Number of zero samples to be added at the end of signal (for better spectral interpolation)
