Punishment Database
Mod Manager is proud of its Moderating features and being able to warn servers of recent offenders of punishments on other servers. There are 5 main types of punishment in the database.

WARNING - This is just a warning note to the user, but is logged on the system use
?warn <user> <reason>to warn a user, or these can be from automated features already set by the settings in the dashboard. (automated logged for 3 days, or 15 days for the warn command). -
KICK - User has been Kicked from a server. = Kicks are usually logged for 30 days.

PENDING - User has been banned, and the reason is currently being reviewed by bot staff.

LOCAL - User has been banned, and the reason was not enough grounds to global ban, see below, or had no reason.

GLOBAL - User has been banned, user is unable to join any servers with "GLOBAL BANS" enabled, staff will be warned if they have this disabled and still join in the Staff Channel.
Mod Manager Staff have the right to global ban any user for the following reasons, or have been requested to by Discord Staff.
- Scam Links for Discord Nitro/Steam Links that are phishing.
- More than 10 warnings/bans/kicks for the user.
- Direct Messaging Ads to members
- Malicious links/materials. (Virus/Maleware/Adult/Mature).
- Those that break the Discord TOS
All members have the right to appeal via the support discord: https://discord.gg/HguA6J58u9. A Global Banned member will have limited access to this community while the ban is still in place for the purpose of logging a ticket/appeal only.
However ModManager staff have the right to deny/approve an appeal at their discretion.
