This PR updates hard-coded UUIDs in the SDUI service documentation to be RFC 4122–compliant so they pass Zod’s stricter UUID validation.
Changes:
- Updated several component
idfields inservice_sdui.jsonso their variant nibble is in the valid RFC 4122 range (8–b). - Ensured all affected IDs maintain their structure and uniqueness while complying with the UUID format required by Zod.

Missed this but zod now requires UUIDs to be RFC 4122 compliant
