Troubleshooting

  1. Make sure everything is powered correctly
  2. Lights should be on for electronics
  3. Check Roborio signal lights
  1. Disable all antivirus and firewalls (woo safety)
  2. Get a new ethernet / USB cable
  3. Try different ports on the Roborio for faulty object
