Stats seem ok-ish but I found this a bit of a strange contact map. It's my first time seeing a scorpion genome and I know these guys can have holocentric chromosomes, so I was wondering if these weird spots in the middle of some SUPERs were related to that.

Anyways, looking forward to any comments.
