Installation

Currently the SORTEEDCQC package is not on CRAN, but you can install the development version from GitHub using the devtools package:

install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("EIvimeyCook/SORTEEDCQC")
library(SORTEEDCQC)

The only function metRscreen is SORTEEDCQC().
