This apparently requires us to manually delete the temp DB after test runs, and every impermanent DB is 500 megs.
This prevents an error due to transaction problems masking the intended error. Transaction issues to be cleaned up later.
TODO: more work here to rationalise things
Now using Java 17
Loading a JSON dump not yet succeeding, so work needed there
Still testing incredibly slowly
