- Removed `AspireNeedsBuilderExtensions` and related classes for dependency management. - Introduced `WithRestoreBacpacCommand` method in `DatabaseExtensions.cs` to facilitate BACPAC file restoration with interactive prompts. - Updated project dependencies in `.csproj` to include `Microsoft.Data.SqlClient` and `Microsoft.SqlServer.DacFx`. - Removed `NeedsAnnotation` and `NeedsLifecycleHook` classes as part of the refactor. - Enhanced logging in `PublishEAVFWProjectLifecycleHook` and `BuildEAVFWAppsLifecycleHook` for better traceability during build and publish processes. - Updated README to reflect changes in dependency management syntax from `.Needs()` to `.WaitForCompletion()`.
Reverts whitespace-only changes (UTF-8 BOM removal and trailing newline removal) on 64 files that had no real code changes, to keep the PR clean. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
