Jetson Orin Nano characterization

As a developer, I want to:

• Characterize the Jetson Nano's CPU, GPU, and RAM usage running various nodes and processes
• Divide and figure out usage by node, task, etc.

So that I can:

• Figure out how much overhead we have in order to determine what features we can add, especially with CV

This can be done via:

• Building a node that, when running, will collect data regarding CPU/GPU/RAM usage
