Исправлена функция add_contact, добавлена проверка на существующую запись в книге по имени и дню рождения, при совпадении вывод что такой контакт уже существует.
Доработана немного функция edit_contact, убрал проверку на капс, при существуем контакте Anton и вводе AnTOn, контакт будет найден, так же заменил raise Value Error, на перехват с сообщением о том что "Контакт не найден". Попробуйте еще раз, что бы программа не закрывалась.
Так же добавил в функцию main, строку coomand=input описание небольшое функций и номера их вызова.
