Added Stellar smart contract to tokenize physical assets

  • Supports fractional ownership via fungible tokens
  • Implements token transfers, locks, and detokenization
  • Adds dividend distribution and voting mechanisms
  • Enforces access control and transfer restrictions
  • Emits events for all key actions
