Удалена скрытая логика формирования пути до AppData при включенном флаге FORCE_USE_APPDATA_PATH.
Теперь если включен этот флаг нужно передать функцию для разрешения пути до папки в AppData.
Добавлен тест на проверку исключения при вызове change для конфига, у которого установлен флаг, но не передана функция разрешения пути до папки в appData.
