HealthStat is a Power BI Dashboard designed to analyze Elective Hip Replacement Surgical Inpatient Stays across hospitals in New York State. This dashboard provides insightful comparisons on Length of Stay (LOS), Cost per Discharge, and Hospital Performance Profiles.
The dashboard empowers healthcare stakeholders, hospital administrators, and policymakers to identify patterns, evaluate hospital efficiency, and make data-driven decisions.

- Some hospitals like Kings County Hospital show a very high LOS, while others like Newark-Wayne Community Hospital have much lower costs per discharge.
- Memorial Hospital for Cancer and Allied Diseases has one of the highest costs and LOS, likely due to complexity of cases.
