Bumped dexlib2 version to 2.2.3.
Switched from JDK 7 to 8 (because dexlib2 v2.2.3 moved to JDK 8).

Note: Other than the JDK used for building, there are no changes in dexlib2 or multidexlib2 from v2.2.2 to v2.2.3.
