Add integration of datasets

Summary of today's discussion.
Intra-species and inter-species project integrations require different tools.
It's not clear yet how to achieve inter-species project integration. With a specific tool, it would require to know the exact assembly (CDS) used to generate the data. For the moment, we do not have this information attached to ASAP projects.
