📝 Rationale / Motivation

The PR adds the disclaimer page, which is important for site's owner safety. It specifies that any information shown is not 100% verified so that user is aware of the fact and do not blame in future for any misunderstanding.

disclaimer.html was added
style.css and app.py were modified
all files in templates were modified for linking purpose
