About the Team
Our team adopted an agile development model with fortnightly sprints and fortnightly scrum master rotations so that everyone understands and experiences the scrum process and its meaning. The detailed development process can be seen in Projects—Scrum Management.
QingYang was responsible for our UI/UX design, and with her in-depth user research and understanding of multicultural needs, she designed an intuitive and user-friendly interface. Her design not only takes into account multiple user preferences, but also incorporates psychological principles to provide strong user appeal and usability for the final product.
QingYang's design philosophy focuses on a detailed user experience, ensuring that users can easily plan their time and be productive. Her designs combine theory and practice to provide unique user-oriented features that differentiate our products.
Siwi and Kiwylai are responsible for our front-end development, utilising React to build responsive, dynamically interactive web applications. Their agile development methodology and rapid product iteration ensures that the front-end of the product is not only technologically advanced, but also meets the needs of modern users.
Siwi and Kiwylai's front-end work ensured that the user interface was smooth and easy to use, and with the latest front-end technologies, they made our app provide a seamless user experience on both desktop and mobile. This well-designed front-end interface makes our products more competitive in the market.
Jingchang, as our backend developer, was responsible for the database architecture and API design of the project, and built a stable, secure and efficient backend system using Django and MySQL. In addition, she also introduced Docker and GitHub Actions, and successfully built a complete CI/CD process to automatically deploy the application to AWS EC2. This not only improves development efficiency, but also ensures high availability and rapid iteration.
Jingchang's backend system provides a strong foundation for our products, with high availability and scalability. The system is able to cope seamlessly with any growth in the number of users, providing sufficient support for future expansion and growth of the product.
