So, I have fixed few problems with UI, that I have created with previous pull request. (Issue #20)
Resolved problem with log reseting after orientation change (Issue #19)
Added permissions handler, which is needed if people want to select payload files using custom file managers (Issue #13).
And I updated Russian and Ukrainian localization. I want to suggest not to make a new version with incomplete localization.
