Sorry, can you explain what this does? The PR name refers to theme but all I see are changes for the login?

@SlimDeluxe I found some issue which I have resolved. But ya those login stuff those are for making login easer in local env. And alot of stuff we did here was also done in another PR so when resolving the merge conflict those got removed. Here is a quick demo. Should be good to merge

Front-end Panel is in left side.
and Admin Panel is in the right side.

@SlimDeluxe Even if we don't merge this PR. It should be fine. Because we have already implemented this in another PR. So all this PR is doing right now after resolving conflict is auto-fill of login page for the frontend panel.
