Security Policy

Supported Versions

The following table outlines which versions of glindo are currently supported with security updates:

4.0.x
< 4.0

Only the versions marked with ✅ receive security updates. Please upgrade to a supported version to ensure you receive the latest patches.

Reporting a Vulnerability

If you discover a security vulnerability in glindo, please follow these steps:

  • Report confidentially: Email the maintainers at [security@yourdomain.com] (replace with actual contact) or open a private security advisory on GitHub.
  • Include details: Provide a clear description of the vulnerability, including steps to reproduce, affected versions, and potential impact.
  • Response time: You will receive an acknowledgment within 72 hours. We aim to provide a status update (accepted, declined, or need more info) within 7 days.
  • Disclosure: If the vulnerability is confirmed, we will coordinate a fix and public disclosure timeline with you. If declined, we will explain the reasoning.

Please do not disclose security issues publicly until they have been reviewed and addressed.
