Updated Dependencies

This release contains several updates to adapt to the decoupling of dependencies in the new LArSoft structure. Key changes include:

• Explicit Linking: Modules have been updated to explicitly link against libraries (e.g., ROOT::Hist, lardataalg::UtilitiesHeaders) that are no longer provided indirectly by larcorealg::Geometry.
• Utility Relocation: Tracking utilities such as convertCollToPoint and convertCollToVector have been migrated from lardataobj to lardataalg/Utilities/TrackingTypeUtils.h.For detailed information on these dependency changes, please refer to the LArSoft v10_15_00 release notes.

Due to these structural modifications, developers may need to rebase their active feature branches and update their local CMakeLists.txt or header inclusions accordingly to ensure the build stability. The following packages have been primarily affected and updated in this release:

• dunereco (ROOT dependency and link order adjustments)
• duneprototypes (Header and library updates for BeamReco)
• dunesim (Updates for various EventGenerator modules)
• protoduneana (Consistency fixes for utility classes)
