New PDVD Xe comp graph config

This PR includes the computable graph configuration at 175 nm (xenon main component) for ProtoDUNE-VD trained by Shuaixiang Zang and Fenosoa Fanomezana with version 5 of the geometry.

Approve. Successfully tested the Xe based simulation up to detsim stage.
We should remove the deprecated fcl/protodunevd/detsim/protodunevd_detsim_Xe10ppm.fcl file to avoid confusion.
