M_QTGMC release v.0.2 for old mvtools2

Same as release from 2024 but can work with old mvtools2 up to 2.7.46 build by pinterf. More stable but uses somehow lower quality motion estimation. Use either this .avsi or other release because functions names are equal and 2 .asvi versions can not be installed at once in global auto-load folders.

Require AVS+ version 3.7.5 or later to use Resize(force=3) or replace it with old hack with src_left/right non-zero to force processing for old AVS+ versions.

Can work with many (standard ?) versions of QTGMC script.

Added more performance/quality test presets:
M_QTGMC_low()
M_QTGMC_medlow()
M_QTGMC_medhigh()
M_QTGMC_high()

Added TR2 and ThSAD2 params. It looks for FullHD processing at faster speed only TR2=0 can be used. For SD TR2 may be up to full 6 supported by QTGMC.
