+# End User License Agreement (EULA)

+This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Urban Mechanics LTD (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) for the use of DSMPrompt (“App” or “Application”).

+By downloading, installing, or using DSMPrompt, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

+## 1. License Grant
+
+Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Urban Mechanics LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
+
+- Download and install the App on devices you own or control
+- Use the App for personal or professional theatre production purposes
+- Create, edit, and export content using the App’s features
+
+This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the App itself.

+## 2. Restrictions
+
+You may NOT:
+
+- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
+- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
+- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
+- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
+- Attempt to circumvent any security features or usage restrictions
+- Copy the App except as expressly permitted by this Agreement
+- Create derivative works based on the App
+

+## 3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
+
+DSMPrompt, including all code, design, graphics, documentation, and features, is owned by Urban Mechanics LTD and protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

+All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Urban Mechanics LTD.
+

+## 4. Your Content
+
+You retain all rights to content you create using DSMPrompt, including:
+
+- Scripts and annotations
+- Cue lists and timing data
+- Notes and performance reports
+- Exported PDF files
+
+The App stores all content locally on your device. We do not claim any ownership or rights to your content.
+

+## 5. Updates and Modifications
+
+We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App. These updates may:
+
+- Add new features
+- Fix bugs or security issues
+- Modify or remove existing features
+- Require acceptance of revised terms
+
+Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.

+## 6. Disclaimer of Warranties
+
+THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

+- Warranties of merchantability
+- Fitness for a particular purpose
+- Non-infringement
+- Accuracy, reliability, or availability
+- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
+
+We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or that it will be compatible with all devices or iOS versions.

+## 7. Limitation of Liability
+
+TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, URBAN MECHANICS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
+
+- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
+- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
+- Damages resulting from use or inability to use the App
+- Any performance issues, including but not limited to show delays or missed cues
+- Data loss or corruption
+
+IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP.

+## 8. Performance Use
+
+While DSMPrompt is designed for live theatre production use, you acknowledge that:
+
+- You are solely responsible for proper preparation and backup procedures
+- Technical issues may occur, and you should have contingency plans
+- The App should be thoroughly tested before use in critical performances
+- We are not liable for any consequences arising from app malfunction during live performances

+## 9. Data and Privacy
+
+Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:
+
+- That we collect no user data
+- That all content is stored locally on your device
+- How data export features work
+
+The Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

+## 10. Export Compliance
+
+You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations in your use of the App.

+## 11. Termination
+
+This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

+Upon termination, you must:
+
+- Cease all use of the App
+- Delete all copies of the App from your devices
+
+Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, and 12 shall survive termination.

+## 12. Governing Law
+
+This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

+Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

+## 13. Severability
+
+If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

+## 14. Entire Agreement
+
+This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Urban Mechanics LTD regarding the App and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings.

+## 15. Changes to This Agreement
+
+We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by:
+
+- Updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Agreement
+- Providing notice within the App
+- Requiring acceptance of new terms upon app update
+
+Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

+## 17. App Store Terms
+
+If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

+- This Agreement is between you and Urban Mechanics LTD, not Apple
+- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
+- Apple is not responsible for any product liability claims
+- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement
+- Apple’s Terms of Service also apply to your use of the App

+DSMPrompt is designed as a completely local application. All information you create, store, or manage within the App remains exclusively on your device.
+
+## What This Means
+
+- **No Personal Information:** We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information
+- **No Usage Analytics:** We do not track how you use the App
+- **No Third-Party Services:** We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services
+- **No Account Required:** The App functions entirely offline with no account creation or login
+- **No Cloud Sync:** Your scripts, cues, timings, and notes stay on your device unless you explicitly export them

+## Your Data
+
+All content created in DSMPrompt—including scripts, line markings, cue calls, timing data, and notes—is stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage mechanisms. You maintain complete control over this data.

+## Data Export
+
+When you choose to export scripts or performance reports as PDFs, these files are generated locally on your device. Any sharing of these files is handled through iOS’s native sharing mechanisms and is entirely under your control.

+## Children’s Privacy
+
+We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
+
+## Changes to This Policy
+
+We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the App and on our website.
