Dynamic Network and minor directory fixes and numpy latest version adaptability

1. Made changes to the dualAtt_24 network (and can be easily done for the rest) for it to work on any image size.
2. Made some small changes to check the directory if it exists or not.
3. remove all np.float to float as that is deprecated.
