I would say yes, considering no one the board wanted to, till Katie volunteered. I also think its better to know that coming in so incase anything changes they can have less to do, instead of coming in and having more than they anticipated.

Agreed with Velda. The incoming director should be aware of the expectations and responsibilities of not only a director but also a secretary. We need organization and verbosity from a detail oriented person.
